Head of Sales


Our client, an established and rapidly growing ICT company is seeking an experienced and commercially astute individual to lead its Sales Division as Head of Sales.
 
About the Role
The Head of Sales will provide strategic leadership and execution oversight across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Public Relations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, and positioning the company as a leader in digital transformation.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience.
  • Champion a customer-first culture that ensures consistently excellent experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee brand positioning and communication strategies in line with corporate objectives.
  • Implement and optimise CRM systems to support data-driven sales and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to align go-to-market plans with strategic priorities.
 
Key Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related field (required).
  • 8–10 years of senior commercial leadership experience in ICT, telecoms, or a high-growth digital business.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and driving multi-channel customer engagement.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
