We are recruiting for the Executive level role of Head of Retail.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
 • Strategic Leadership: Shape and drive the overall strategy for the function, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s growth objectives and long-term vision.
 • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow market share, diversify client segments, and enhance competitive positioning.
 • Revenue Growth: Implement innovative strategies to maximize income streams, driving sustainable profitability.
 • Product & Service Innovation: Oversee the development and execution of tailored financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.
 • Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand key relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, retention, and long-term engagement.
 • Risk & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust risk management and governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial resilience.
 • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders to drive business growth and unlock new opportunities.
 • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
 
Experience and Qualifications:
 
 • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage.
 • Minimum of 12 years relevant experience with at least 6 years in a Senior Management role with responsibility for business development and customer relationship management.   
 • A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.
