Group Head of People and Culture
FSG Limited is seeking a highly capable HR leader to join our Executive Team as the Group Head of People and Culture.
This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive people strategy that strengthens our organisational culture, drives employee engagement, and supports sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the role will oversee all aspects of people management, from strategy and systems development to talent and culture transformation.

Above all, they will bring empathy and authenticity to their leadership, building strong, trust-based relationships across the organisation, while showing the determination and focus required to deliver fully on the HR mandate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Group-wide HR strategy
- Establish and oversee policies, processes, and systems that ensure HR excellence
- Lead talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Champion organisational culture transformation, embedding FSG’s Vision, Mission, and Values at all levels.
- Implement effective performance management frameworks.
- Oversee learning and development initiatives to build leadership and technical capabilities.
- Advise the Executive Team on people-related risks, opportunities, and workforce trends.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws, statutory requirements, and best practice standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years at senior executive level in a complex, multi-sector organisation, with a proven track record in change management and culture transformation
- Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of labour law, compliance frameworks, and governance.
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Technology proficiency, including HRIS and digital HR tools.
