ALC is seeking an exceptional professional to join as Chief Investment Officer (Designate). Key Responsibilities:
- Leading rigorous analysis, execution, and management of transactions across Africa.
- Supporting capital raising efforts and investor engagement.
- Delivering world-class financial modelling, investment evaluation, and deal structuring.
- Sitting on boards and working closely with management teams to execute value creation plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in finance or related field. Additional educational programs in investment banking, corporate advisory, or private equity would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years at senior/executive level.
- Proven experience in financial results analysis, investment analysis and due diligence.
- Strong experience in deal structuring, acquisitions and closing deals.
- Advanced skills in financial modelling and risk management.
