Qualifications:
  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Pension Administration, Actuarial Science, Law, Technology, Governance, or another discipline relevant to the leadership of a regulated administration business.
  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Professional membership or registration in an appropriate accounting, finance, pension, investment, governance, risk, technology, legal, or business leadership profession will be an added advantage.
 
Experience:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ progressively responsible senior management or executive leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategy execution, organisational performance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience within pension administration, financial services, investment oversight, regulated fiduciary activities, or a comparable stakeholder-sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated exposure to organisational transformation, digital enablement, enterprise risk management, governance enhancement, and organisational change.
  • Experience engaging Boards, regulators, clients, employees, service providers, professional advisers, and public stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex regulatory and governance environments.

  • Board Engagement, Governance and Ethical Leadership: Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, ethical leadership and effective Board engagement.
  • Sustainable Financial Performance, Investment and Capital Stewardship: Drive financial sustainability, prudent resource management and responsible investment oversight.
  • Members, Employers, Stakeholders, Brand and Public Confidence: Strengthen stakeholder relationships, service excellence, organisational reputation and public trust.
  • Digital Transformation, Data, Cybersecurity and Innovation: Lead digital enablement, technology resilience, cybersecurity and innovation initiatives.
  • Enterprise Risk, Crisis Preparedness and Operational Resilience: Strengthen risk management, business continuity and organisational resilience.
  • Sustainability, Responsible Business and Social Impact: Embed ESG principles, responsible business practices and sustainable stakeholder value.
  • Culture, Talent, Inclusion and Succession: Build a high-performance, inclusive culture through talent development and succession planning.
  • Operational Delivery and Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence, service quality and continuous improvement across the organisation
