Okavango Diamond Company (ODC) is a premier rough diamond marketing company, offering global customers open access to a large-scale supply of rough diamonds sourced from Botswana. As the principal supplier in the sector, ODC represents the largest guaranteed source of Botswana’s diamond production within the industry. Currently undergoing an exciting transformation, ODC is seeking a dedicated, self-driven professional to join its dynamic team.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ODC’s strategic and operational plans, along with scorecards.
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, tracking, and reporting processes, ensuring continuous improvement activities that promote datadriven decision-making and business intelligence.
- Manage strategic projects.
- Performance monitoring and reporting.
- Optimise departmental operations, and resource management.
- Enhancing customer service.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering / Project Management /Strategy.
- Postgraduate diploma in Business Administration / Project Management / Strategy.
- 8 years’ experience, including 5 years in management role with a focus on strategy development and project management.
